As I pass the 40ies , life begins, as they say the new "20ies",my career, health, finances, and vision have started to change dramatically. I have been proudly educating and serving the health, medical, fashion, beauty, and entertainment industries since 1988. Since working actively in the acting, modeling, stunt work, personal fitness, nutrition, hair, and makeup advocate this was all going to shift. At the age of 28, it was suggested I have cosmetic surgery to keep my appearance at my peek to compete with other entertainment personalities due to being in the limelight and in front of the cameras. At 12 percent body fat and teaching of Pilate's, cycle,water aerobics and training 6 days a week, I was at my best financially and physically, at least so I thought. After numerous bumped movie roles and constant pressure of the rejection entertainment and modeling industry I decided to take advice and have cosmetic surgery. Little did I know that at 30 my entire life as I knew it would completely take a downward turnaround. I'm here now after years of work that lies ahead to tell my own personal story and insight and to reach out to others who want help by sharing my life experiences and very valuable lived and learned knowledge.
